OUR FACILITIES help keep Canada safe
At KBL, our facilities are located across northern Canada and Alberta. We operate hazardous waste transfer facilities in Northwest Territories and Yukon, several soil treatment facilities in all three territories, and a latex paint recycling facility in Alberta.

PARTNERSHIPS
The partnerships that we’ve created throughout the years are a huge part of our success story. KBL is proud of our relationships with indigenous peoples in all of the regions in which we work.
True North is our indigenous partnership with Det’on Cho Corporation that was formed in order to provide additional capacity in servicing the mines and contaminated sites in the traditional territory of the Yellowknifes Dene First Nation.
KBL and Chief Isaac Group of Companies have a cooperation agreement for provision of environmental and waste management services in the Tr’ondek Hwech’in traditional territory.
Central Mackenzie Environmental (CME) is an indigenous partnership with a Sahtu based construction company – MYB Construction. The partnership was formed to better service the Sahtu region of the Northwest Territories.
Kitikmeot Environmental (KEL) is an indigenous partnership based in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut that provides services in the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut including spill response, environmental drilling, sampling and remediation services.
Renue is a partnership with Calibre Coatings that was formed to pair two processed for recycling paint in order to provide the highest environmental outcome for re-using and recycling paint across western and Northern Canada.
