KBL Conference Booth Giveaway Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of KBL Environmental, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the contest by visiting our booth and submitting their information on our website at KBLenv.com. All entries must be received by 5pm on the last day of the attending Conference. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize Drawing: All eligible entries received will be entered into a random drawing to be held within 24 hours of the last day of the attending Conference. The winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by KBL. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes: The winner will receive two (2) tickets to an NHL game, with the specific game and seating to be determined by KBL. The estimated prize value is $500. KBL reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time for a prize or equal or lesser value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided on the entry form within five (5) days following the winner selection. KBL shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 business days, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions: KBL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond KBL’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by KBL in its sole discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless KBL, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ALBERTA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [Your Location] having jurisdiction.
